Interview
After appliying online I received a phone call from a Recruiter to set up a time for a phone interview that last around 30 min, all questions were work related and experience as Field Interviewer and how to handle someone at the door. The recruiter described the position, salary and what is expected for this position. Told me I will receive another phone call from a Supervisor who asked the same type of questions. After that everything was done via email.

Interview
I interviewed twice. The first interview was a simple process with basic interview questions. The second was with a higher member of management. Making sure I was comfortable with various situations, as the interview locations varied by assignment.

Question 1
The interview panel asked about my interactions with clients, face to face. They asked me to explain how I would handle intense situations with new customers and if I was comfortable going to client's homes to administer the interview in person.
Interviewed in a group setting with about 4-5 current employees in different leadership roles. Straightforward process. They were all willing to answer questions and provide input from their unique perspectives. Interview done virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, there was a comfortable atmosphere.

Interview
Two-stage phone interviews. The first one was informal and more of a chat. Then within the next day or 2 I received a more extensive interview from another supervisor.
