Whatfix Customer Success Manager interview questions

The interview process was very well planned. Right from the initial touch points to discussions with interviewers- Business, HR and talent acquisition, it has been a seamless experience. Before each interview, I was provided with materials and expectations setting was done which was refreshing.

I applied through linkedin towards the end of December. The HR representative got back to me within a weeks time as my skillset was a match for the role of a CSM. I was given a couple of weeks to prepare for the interview and brush up on a few skills. My interview process began mid January and I had 4 rounds of interviews which included a CSM knowledge round,a technical round, in detail questions about CSM and lastly expectations from the team manager were delivered. I received my offer by mid February as all went well. The interviews happened in a periodic manner and gave me sufficient time to preapre.
