Whatfix Customer Success Manager interview questions

The process starts with a qualification call with the HR and the first Customer Success team member where you talk about your current roles and responsibilities. This is followed by 3/4 additional interviews which can either be onsite or over a set of video calls. The first one is the technical know-how round which includes tasks as shared earlier. The second round is with a senior customer success team member and the customer success director. Apart from sharing your current experience/roles and responsibilities, you will go through a presentation and scenario based questions (generally related to customer success). The final 1/2 rounds are with the CEO and the Talent Evangelist Victor. The questions vary from general to CS related. This can also be considered a culture fitment round. Overall, I personally loved the process and got to learn a lot from the team about how I can possibly fit/not fit the role. I had 7 interview rounds most of the questions asked throughout the rounds were repetetive. Except one all the rounds were on ZOOM call. Frist rounds was good - mostly where in the expectations are set as to what is required out of us in the role and also i was asked on my previous expereince , and some cross questions. second round- where my technical skills were tested along side my previous experience was also asked. third round - spoke to the customer architect, lot of situation based question will be asked there will be cross questions. Before coming to this interview, its good to throught their website throughly and even the webinars by whatfix will help you a lot. fourth round - was asked to present a deck on product demo and QBR meeting with the client. I was asked some tech question like maybe write a code on palindrome or find number of a's in given name .The interviewer will be more intrested on logic and how quickly you come up with that. fifth round - was with the CS head and he will be more intrested in your past experience and why whatfix, what is our expectation out of the role we are being interviewed for. sixth round - was with CEO this was round which i most liked . well it all depends on how you take the conversation but ya he wil ave some questions for which are to the point. also you get to know a lot on company vision and where are they positioning themselves in the market and a lot on those lines. I would say a friendly conversation. Its good if you have few questions before getting interviewed in this round. seventh round- HR round, for me it was not the easy one, definietly not something that i expected to be asked on or was prepared to that mind set. show how went on. throughout this process recruiter Harshil was very cordinal, he had setup the interviews on time and would always get back with the next steps. You can ask him any kind of question if you have about the company or high level prepectives . he will get back to you with answers. someone which will help you crack interview. - one should be through about the companies they have worked in and role they were in to. - its good if you have technical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JS - it plus point if you have every looked into or worked into inpsect/ view page source. - Be honest with you answers, calm and composed. - have a clearcut answers. - definitely have questions to the interviewers. - also if you are intrested you can ask for feed to them and will help you aces the next rounds.
