The interview lacked professionalism, as the interviewer showed little interest in understanding my experience and achievements. It felt like I was being assessed as a fresher, with more emphasis on promoting courses than evaluating my qualifications. Questions about other companies I’m interviewing with and assumptions about my skill set, followed by dismissal, were unprofessional. As an experienced professional, I’ve effectively applied my knowledge across industries, but the interviewer disregarded my approach and methodology. A proper interview should assess work and thought processes to determine fit for the role. This experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider applying to Whatfix again.

Well, Interview process was smooth.. Standard interview format. Had initial screening round with the HR then after a month they conducted a first round with peer(Project Manager), then 2nd round with the senior Manager, 3rd round with VP and then HR round to discuss the salary expectations. After all this they came up with the excuse that they need one more round with GCC head who directly reports to CEO.. Interview panel were professional, to the point questions and standard questionnaire on Project Management, Client Communication, Project planning, conflit resolve, leadership approach, people management, etc. I attended all rounds which went for almost 1.5 months and then absolute silence from their side. No communication at all. Emailed HR to check the status and feedback even if it is negative but no response. I was expecting some response from the HR even though its negative on my candidature for the role, but alas no response.

There were 4 rounds held. Some of interviewer will join 15 min late with no apologies. You will be made to sit there and wait for them online. I really didnt like the interview process at all.
