I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix in Jan 2022
Interview
Entire interview process took around 4 weeks to complete and the experience was smooth and well-coordinated. It's definitely one of the best interview experience I had so far.
A big thanks to the HR team (Remya and Shweta) who were humble and guided me with the preparation materials for the interview rounds, really appreciate the amount of effort they put for a candidate just to ensure he is motivated throughout the process.
The panel members were equally humble and it was a good conversation with them, not just shooting questions.

Question 1
Q1 - What are the metrics of customer success followed in your previous organisation
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was referred by a former colleague to WhatFix and the interview process was kickstarted on Oct 2019, with a quick screening call from Harshil, the HR Superman (you'll know why, in a bit).
The process consisted of the initial screening call, then a 1:1 round with a peer who evaluated on the relationship management & presentation skills, followed by a quick technical round with another peer where they evaluated my comfort with the tech stack and willingness to learn.
The next round was with the Sr. Director of Customer Success, which was more of a conversation to understand my personality and another round with the co-founder, Khadim, to evaluate culture fit.
The final round was with HR BP to further evaluate culture fit and discuss compensation.
Throughout the interview process, one thing that stood out above everything was Harshil's efforts to make it as easy as possible and he kept me informed about updates as well as interview tips. He was available almost 24x7 to answer any questions, however silly they may be, and make me feel comfortable.
The interviewers were friendly, yet professional and most times, it felt like I'm having a conversation and never felt that I'm being judged.
