Interview
The process comprised of an Exploratory chat followed by Product Design, Data, Product Critique, VP of Product round and HR rounds. The process was very smooth and structured. My Point of contact - Remya had been very cooperative and responsive, keeping me updated with what can I expect in the next round, feedback from the previous one and considerate about my work routine. Overall, whosoever I interacted with in the process was very amicable and good to interact with giving a glimpse of how the company culture is and why it is reflected at #5 in Linkedin Top Startups.

Question 1
Except Exploratory chat and HR rounds, all the core rounds were of 60 min.
Exploratory chat - This round revolved around the past experience and overall fitment to the Product team.
Product Design - This round included two questions to evaluate product designing and solutioning.
1. How would you design washing machine for the millennials?
2. With the rise of consumption of video content, FB decides to enter into the market via FB movies, as a Product manager for the same how would you go designing it?
Data - Another round with 2 questions to evaluate the analytical skills.
1. Audi wants to launch electric cars for blind people in India, estimate the potential sales for it in 2030.
2. Number of Whatsapp messages exchanged during the interview.
Product Critique - This round was intended to notice the attention to detail, user experience and fresh ideation on understanding the Whatfix editor and improving it.
VP of Product round - Was based around past experiences and Product behavioural questions.
HR round - This was to evaluate the fitment with overall company culture and values and surrounded around behavioural and situational questions.

Interview
I interviewed for the Desktop Senior PM role. The process overall took around 6 weeks, with multiple 1:1s with other PMs and leadership. All the interviews were conducted professionally & diligently and covering topics across the spectrum.
Remya has been extremely supportive in various aspects throughout the process. It was an extremely difficult decision for me to turn down the offer due to unforeseen circumstances. I would blindly take up any role within this org, if not for personal constraints.

Interview
The whole process was really smooth. First call with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. Once that is cleared then 4-5 rounds with people from product and engineering team. Recruiter Remya Pillai maintained transparency and kept me posted throughout the interview process. Also helped me understand expectations from each interview. All the panel members I talked to were really good. Overall a great experience.
