Interview
I was contacted by the internal talent team for a short informative phone call followed by an interview with 2 hiring managers which lasted around an hour followed by a 30 minute task send via email which included to excel tasks and one email task.
Initial interview was a phone screening with an HR associate. Second meeting was with the Hiring Manager/ Supervisor. Last interview was more casual and conducted by current Journals Publishing Assistants.

Interview
After I submitted a CV and cover letter, I was asked to attend a virtual interview. This consisted of a couple of recorded questions that I had to answer - I was given 2 minutes for each question - there were 6 questions in total.
You could practice using the platform before you do your final interview. Wiley sent a link through to the platform and gave a deadline of when it must be submitted, giving some time for preparation.
