Online application followed by initial interview, two further steps required before an offer can be proposed. The whole process was glacial - initial application took place in June, I was summoned for interview in July for an August date, then told that I would have to attend a second interview and testing (via videolink to a recruiter who wasn't even present) and then told that I could fully expect to wait another fortnight before a final interview. At this point I gave up.
