Williams, Adley & Company-DC interview questions

Applied online, received an email from HR to schedule phone interview 2 days later. After the phone interview I was brought in the following week for an in-person interview. I interviewed with one of the partners and the project representative. Interview seemed to go well. However got an email about a week later that I didn't get the job but I seem like a good fit for another position. I was very excited about this, started the process by doing another phone interview with HR for the new position but sadly never heard back. Even after following up.
