I would like to express my dissatisfaction about what an incompetent organization this is my experience. Firstly they send me an invitation to an in person interview then a few days later call to say that it’s a mistake and it actually a phone interview. My phone interview is scheduled for 6am PST I get up at 5:30am and wait for the promised call that doesn’t come so them you and they say the interviewer has suddenly realized that my resume hasn’t been uploaded to the application and I will need to go back and upload it even though I’m sure this was done in the initial application. In any case couldn’t they have the forward planning and courtesy to call me before and make sure everything is in order for the interview. Isn’t that the job of the interviewer? Then I get a rejection letter without the chance of an actual interview-unbelievable! If this is the way your organization is run It looks like I’ve had a lucky escape! Very unprofessional.
