I was interviewed by an Account Manager, Studio Manager and HR at the London head office. It was quite a surreal experience. The manager was unable to communicate properly often using words akin to a five year old attempting to use big words very badly. The Account Manager wasn't any better. The HR woman completed their sentences and because she could see that they were struggling, took over the interview. It was like being on the set of the towie. After the interview, I was invited to sit an assessment. I was never called back.
