How would you help a customer who had called previously and was told their inquiry would be resolved within 72 hours, but wasn’t?
Process was organized and very smooth. Fast responses and very transparent with expectations. Email correspondence and speedy in answers. They even sent an email with the complete and entire on boarding process listing step by step what to expect and even when to expect information.
