The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Wilson
Interview
Entretien téléphonique agréable et positif d'une heure pour me présenter et répondre à diverses questions ciblées sur les besoins du poste. Même si le feedback était négatif en raison d'un changement de priorité, je garde une bonne impression.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wilson (London, England) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was fortunately contacted by the Recruitment team at WilsonHCG after applying to a role and experienced the best interview process since coming into the industry 5 years ago. Although a 4 stage process, I think this was due to the timing of the year otherwise I am sure it would only have been a 3 stage process.
The 1st stage was a Tel call with the in house Recruiter who spoke with me for approx 45mins to find out more about my background, skills, experience etc and educate me on WilsonHCG. Within the same week, I was then contacted by a senior Board member via telephone for the 2nd stage of the interview process. Here we spoke in more detail about the the RBP role, the client I'd be potentially joining and what relevant skills/market knowledge I could bring to WilsonHCG and the potential client that I'd be on-boarding. The call lasted approx. 1 hour and it was a very interactive call. I was left with very positive impressions.
The 3rd stage of the process was to meet the Senior Board Member face-to-face. Whilst it lasted 2 hours, I honestly felt time flew by. It felt a much more of a two way conversation/chat than an interview per se and, it is this that really sparked my interest in joining WilsonHCG. The conversation was about the way WilsonHCG operates as a seamless partner to their clients, the day-to-day activities, my financial targets, my achievements, challenges, strengths and weaknesses etc. It was a really good meeting and I ascertained a lot of good information about WilsonHCG.
I was told I would be contacted within two days. The following day, I was contacted to be informed of the final round meeting - more a meet and greet than an interview. I met with the senior board member and had yet another informative conversation about the company. After 30mins of listening, talking and asking questions, the meeting came to an end. I was informed I would have a decision within 2 days.
Fast forward two days later and I received a call with an offer and I accepted without hesitation. This has been the best interview experience I have received and I cannot be more grateful than to be part of a global, forward thinking and progressive company with great colleagues, driven individuals and endless opportunities.
