Probably one of the worst interviewing experiences I have had. I was first approached by Recruiter on LinkedIn. She engaged me pretty well, was nice and professional. She then scheduled me for a video interview with the account manager who is in charge of the potential account they would put me on. That video interview also went well. Then they said they’d like to set me up with a client interview . I have given my availability for the next two weeks, only to receive a phone call and asked to be scheduled for an interview within a day. I could not do it as I am gainfully employed. They suggested a video interview to which the client never showed up. I was then bullied into trying to come in next week, whereas I was not available . I said ok, все only to be scheduled for a later week anyway. All these tactics really gave me a glance of what working for them would be like. Very agency like! Anyway, finally for my interview , the client didn’t even have a room for me and we sat in the lounge area. The client interview went well, but Wilson’s put such a bad taste in my mouth , that I didn’t even want this job . The best part is that I received no feedback, no call , no email for a MONTH. In a month they told me the client would like to see me again! I said I was no longer interested as my experience was absolutely atrocious.
