I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wilson in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was timely overall, completed within a month from start to finish. First, a phone screen with an internal recruiter, then a virtual interview with an Account Director, then another phone interview with a National Director. The last segment was initially meant to be virtual, then was rescheduled for a phone interview as it was near the holidays. I was under the impression this was a final round interview, but then there was talk of another round of interviews with a different team -- all of which never happened and I ultimately received an offer for a different level (Associate Recruitment Consultant) than what was initially discussed from the onset (Recruitment Consultant). Overall, it was a somewhat confusing interview process from a candidate experience standpoint. However, I felt well prepared for the interviews and enjoyed my conversations with everyone I interviewed with.
The process was very smooth, and the recruiter clearly explained every step while ensuring I understood the timeline, expectations, and next steps throughout the entire hiring process from beginning to end.
Easy, straight forward interview. I did three interviews with three different leaders before being hired. Typical interview questions about experience as it related to the job description and recruiting in high volume environments.
