Efficient, fair, respectful. Felt like it moved along at an appropriate pace and time was not wasted. Would recommend if interested in sporting goods. Didn’t work out but wouldn’t hesitate to try again.

Interview
The process was bad. No call with a recruiter (to discuss salary, etc.) before you're asked to do a very in-depth first interview. Only thing is: there's no interviewer -- you're just sent questions and told to record your answers into a computer. And the questions are not general. These are specific questions about the role, what ideas you have, etc. A bit red flagg-y to most creatives considering it's low-key free work/ideas they could viably use. There is a recruiter who reaches out via email as a contact, but the weird, impersonal, dystopian nature of the whole interview process was super off-putting. I'm glad it didn't go anywhere -- no one wants this.

Specifics about how you would perform in the role, Qs about the marketplace competitors, ideas you have and/or would pitch in the role.
The interview process consisted of an initial call with HR and two in-person interviews. Standard initial interview. Was required to create and present a faux marketing plan for second interview.
