Company follows telephonic interview followed by hands on round to evaluate candidate which I believe is sensible way of choosing their prospective employees.However, the organization should make sure that their system Infrastructure should be stable enough for interviewees to execute their piece of code.It so happened with me once when I was deploying code on SharePoint ,I couldn't do this because of some permission issues.I reported this to the concerned and she was so reckless that she asked me to work on alternative which I believe is very unprofessional. I do believe that as a programmer I have liberty to chose the tool and methodology of my choice to get the desired output.This costed 3 hrs of my time and the same thing happened to other guy as well.Please respect others time and their presence in your office.I at once though to walk out, but went against it thinking it might draw a conclusion on my professional and commitment.Nevertheless, the treated me well and looks like they have good working culture.
