Interview
One-on-one with HR director. She is candid and professional so don't expect a lot of small talk. She is great at her job, and is obviously able to bend a lot of ears. Be professional, be smart, and be prepared. If she doesn't think you are a fit for GM or AGM she will recommend something else. Also, she will schedule a "shadow:" at a training store then and there if you are a go. I worked at a training store, and a shadow isn't an automatic green light. At the shadow, ask questions, WORK, be friendly, get messy, and WORK. Wingstop managers are always on the line, so show that you are willing to do that and it will show the DM you want to work.
