It was comfortable with questions that felt relevant to the position, and I felt that I was getting a fair shot at the position regardless of my lack of experience.

Give an example of a time when you dealt with a difficult person.
Applied online and got a call from the staffing company. It was a Straight simple resume based phone interview and didn't involve any other process. The interview was directly with Manager and he first explained his expectations, project etc.

Applied at college career fair and on-company-site interview to follow. I knew some one currently working for the company and they simply let the recruiters at the career fair know I would be coming by. Otherwise, it was as typical as most interview processes. Very nice people throughout.
