Applied for this position a while ago, but the interview process dragged on for two months with multiple concerning issues. The most unprofessional aspect was that the hiring manager kept their camera off while insisting mine remain on, creating an uncomfortable one-sided dynamic that felt more like an interrogation than a professional conversation. Despite applying for a technical DevOps role, the interviews were surprisingly non-technical and seemed more focused on cultural fit rather than assessing my actual technical capabilities. The team interview process was particularly poorly structured - instead of an efficient panel format, I was required to meet with each team member individually, resulting in over 3 hours of repetitive interviews that showed little respect for candidates' time. Throughout this drawn-out process, the recruiter was unresponsive for extended periods, making it difficult to get updates or clarification on next steps. The combination of poor communication, inefficient processes, and unprofessional interview conduct raised serious red flags about the company's organizational culture and how they treat both candidates and potentially employees. Would not recommend applying here based on this experience.
