Wise Product Analyst interview questions

I interviewed in 2024 and 2025, and unfortunately, both of my experiences with this company were extremely disappointing. The first time, after expressing interest, HR reached out to ask for my availability. Then, I heard nothing for two weeks. When I followed up, they informed me that the position had been filled—unsurprising, given the delay. The second time, the process was even worse. The recruiter showed up late to the call and was eating during the interview, which felt unprofessional. During the conversation, I was asked to share my top project, but it was clear that HR wasn’t actually listening to my answer. I was then asked to complete a test task, which I took seriously and invested time in. The instructions emphasized making the presentation understandable for a non-technical audience, so I carefully balanced between a deck that could be read independently and one that I could present. However, instead of allowing me to present my work, they reviewed the file and rejected me with a generic response, offering no specific feedback or learnings. This was a frustrating process, and I wouldn’t apply here again.

Recruiter screen was okay. Then asked to do take home assessment but got no feedback and was just an sent automated email - didn't feel great given the effort level.
