Cons
experienced management behaviour and communication styles that I personally found intimidating, overly political, and at times inappropriate. Pressure and public criticism sometimes felt normalised in ways that contributed to an unhealthy working environment. I also observed what appeared to be high levels of stress and burnout across parts of the business, with a number of employees struggling visibly under pressure. There are talented people at the company, and some genuinely good individuals trying to do the right thing, but culture ultimately reflects the behaviours leadership tolerates. I would encourage prospective employees to look beyond the branding and carefully consider whether the environment is the right fit for them personally.
