I found out about the job through my university's career page. Tiffany was amazing and very personable. She really set the bar high and made me feel at home. There is then an interview with the OSR of the region, followed by an orientation and drug test.

I didn't think any of the questions asked were too unfair or out of the ordinary.
Two total rounds of interview for a student intern. Not bad at all- very friendly people and informative interview. Nothing was ever uncomfortable or awkward. Contact a week or two after the first round in order to undergo the second round.
