Wood Designer interview questions

Initially I had a phone screening with a Human Resources representative where my credentials and prior work experience were verified. I exchanged email messages with Human Resources to obtain additional information as specific information is not always available on the website. After a waiting period typically two rounds of interviews with different sets of people. This was followed by another wait period. In general it was a long process.
