I applied online at Wood Careers Website. Subsequently, I was shortlisted for interview after 3 months. The interview was online and started with the tell me about yourself part. The Hiring Manager whom I would report to if selected was the prime Interviewer. He inquired about specifics on my experience. Overall it was very positive.
