I applied online at Wood Careers Website. Subsequently, I was shortlisted for interview after 3 months. The interview was online and started with the tell me about yourself part. The Hiring Manager whom I would report to if selected was the prime Interviewer. He inquired about specifics on my experience. Overall it was very positive.

Le HR di Wood a Milano si sono dimostrate poco professionali nella gestione dell’iter di selezione: quanto promesso verbalmente non è stato rispettato e non ho ricevuto alcun feedback. Il tempo investito nel processo è stato eccessivo. Migliorare questi aspetti renderebbe l’esperienza del candidato più chiara e rispettosa.
Short phone screening with HR, with a 1hr Teams call with hiring manager and potential teammate. Final step was another 1hr Teams call with extended team (senior leader and potential colleague). Communication was fair through the final meeting, then it was delay/excuse after delay/excuse to provide feedback; ending in ghosting me.
