I was sent an email first to write a Business Assessment / Report of the store of witch I have not yet worked at. I visited the store and got as much information I could without disrupting the employees.

Question 1
Before having the interviewer I was asked to "Assess the current state of the store. This includes an analysis of what is working well, and more importantly what isn't working well. Using this analysis as a starting point, I was to develop a 90 day action plan for improving the store.
