Pros

Woodcraft was a wonderful place to work, with a dedicated team, long-term employees, with a great commitment to our products, services, and helping employees get to a good work/life balance.

Cons

Pay is sub-par, especially for the professional services provided by employees. Parkersburg, WV, has a relatively low cost of living, but the salaries are still seriously depressed, compared to pay for similar positions in other areas.

Pros

The people that work here are fantastic. Smart, dedicated, talented, People tend to stick around for 10+ years. It's like a family. My team was the best. Mid-managers are all capable of great things. Some real rock stars in the Marketing Department.

Cons

If you land in marketing, prepare to be micromanaged into depression by upper management.
