Informal interview with hiring manager Presentation on a product Get ghosted I would echo what I've read in quite a few reviews - to get completely ghosted by leadership after they ask you to prepare and present is incredibly unprofessional and speaks volumes about the organizations.

Interview
Applied, shortly after received a text saying they wanted a first interview, had the first interview and went very well. Right after that I received another update that the director of sales wanted to meet over zoom but then i received a text from himself asking about a different person? Then he asked if I was coming on-site? So he honestly had no idea who I was. I went on-site but I guess they had 2 people they were interviewing with my name so he passed me to the only other person there which was the AE and he interviewed me. I knew the ins and outs of the industry and the whole time they just wanted to know how to succeed for themselves which was fine but it didn’t feel like a proper interview. I never received any updates on the role and a buddy of mine that applied got a email saying that he hired 6 new people? Even texted the guy but didn’t hear anything. I get you’re a new startup and all but at least treat people with the respect they treated you.
