Interview
The interview process went as follows: I apply for the position, CEO reaches out via LinkedIn messaging asking to meet, you respond, then you wait a few days to be told to meet with someone else first. You reach out to the new person, wait a few days for them to respond, then schedule a time to meet. Have what felt like a decent meeting/interview. Send thank you email, get no response. Reach out with another email asking for an update and again thanking them, but receive no response. Reach out to CEO via original LinkedIn message, SEE THAT THEY HAVE VIEWED YOUR MESSAGE, and get no response! To be a potential employee and to be ghosted by leadership in such a way speaks volumes of the type of culture I was lucky enough to have avoided! Get it together if you're looking to bring in top talent or keep doing what you are doing if you're looking to bring in more of the same!
