1. Application accepted (2 weeks after applying) 2. Phone interview with HR (2 days after 1.) 3. 1:1 interview with HR (1 week after, visiting the office personally) 4. 1:1 interview with senior associate (same day as 3.) 5. 1:1 interview with direct manager (same day as 3. and 4.) 6. 1:1 interview with a boss of direct manager (same day as 3., 4. and 5.) 7. Job offer (1 day after last 1:1 interview) 8. Starting at the new position after accepting the offer I think this was a bit exceptional hiring for the conpany but in general it seems several 1:1 interviews are often required.
