Applied online. Received an email setting a date and time for a phone interview with a Talent manager. Classic interview with basic questions about my background and experience. Was asked what are my salary expectations straight away which seemed quite odd given that it was just a screening interview. I asked what she thought of my chances of getting the position and how I compared to other candidates. In a rather bored tone I was told that I didn't have the necessary years of experience (yet I did) and that I my background wasn't corporate enough. Got an email a week later saying we will not be moving forward.

Long with many stops and lacks of information. Constantly adding persons to interview. It took 3 months to get the in person phase (in Geneva). In Geneva, I had interviews with the whole team, one by one and in a panel. The position is part of GLF and people from the program also interview me. I felt very good during the process, but it is remarkable how self centered people are, not what you expect in a organization like this.
