First Contact was a 30min preliminary phone interview with a talent development specialist. The second round consisted of a 60min interview with the potential supervisor. After that I got invited to a series of other on-site interviews with potential colleagues, head of department and another talent development specialist. General questions about my personality, soft/hard skills and interests. Moreover, an analytical problem solving case. Very interesting interviews, as the interviewer talked a lot about the position and tasks.
