I applied online. I interviewed at World Economic Forum
Interview
Four steps: first step was a phone interview with HR, second step was a Skype interview with HR and hiring manager, third step was a personality test and the final/fourth step consisted of a day at HQ with four interviews with members of the team, other teams, HR and GLF program.
Having read comments on this website prior to the recruitment process, I was quite skeptical. However, I must say everything went smoothly, everyone answered quickly and with much professionalism. Once in Geneva, everyone proved pleasant and nice and HR made a conscious effort to ask me what I thought of the recruitment process/how they could improve.

I submitted the job application online and received an interview invitation 1 month later. I had to prepare a 10 minutes presentation to introduce myself and explain my suitability for the role.

Question 1
- Why apply for the WEF?
- Strengths & Weaknesses
- How do you work in teams?
I applied online. I interviewed at World Economic Forum (Geneva)
Interview
The first round was a quick screen with HR on the phone. The second round was a bunch of role playing questions with two members of the industry team around imagining future scenarios for the industry and trying to pitch senior executives to join WEF. I withdrew my application after the interview due to low morale of the interviewers (they couldn't answer my questions about what they liked most about working at WEF or career paths).

Question 1
What is the value proposition for a company joining the WEF?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at World Economic Forum in Sep 2016
Interview
Several interviews by Skype - with HR, with a colleague, and with a superior. All of the ask the same questions - I've got the impression that the didn't really understand what to talk about.
Beware that it all really depends on the team with which you have the interview - they can easily turn you down after several interviews based only on a hunch, not on your actual CV or experience.
