The process started with a virtual interview and writing test; after reviewing my test, I was asked to skip virtual interview and come in for an in-person interview. This was followed by a few more rounds of in person and phone interviews.
Very straightforward and encouraging. The panel was very engaging and attentive and genuinely interested in learning more about me. One of the best interview processes. Feedback was also provided by HR rather than being ghosted like other recruiters. Internal recommendation plays a big role in application being shortlisted.
