The interview process has improved drastically since, using professional tools and performed by trained interviewers. It did take them a long time to come back with their final decision. When the offer was made, a decsion was expected on the spot. No room for salary negociation, very unclear about the level of the role offered. All this caused frustration a few months into the postion.
