Basic interview, they ask about sales background, they hire almost anyone who can present themselves well, once you start they will send you to the main headquarters where you have to pass exam after 1 week classes, that part is nice and headquarters is very good.

A very quick 5minute phone call interview, followed by an in person interview with the manager, which was more of a regular chat than an interview. I was shown the benefits and asked a few questions.
