The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wright-Patt Credit Union
Interview
After the online application there was an online test about personality and another test that was similar to an IQ test. Then I set up a phone interview with a HR coordinator. She was very friendly and told me all about the job position. She then set up an in person interview for me with one of the managers of the sector I would be in. They worked around my current work schedule. I thought that interview went well. She was very friendly. Asked for specific examples of my customer service experiences. Then she told me they would call me on Monday whether or not I was selected for the position. Monday was already cutting my 2 week notice short if I turned it in that day. Then they didn't even call me. They just sent me an email to say they selected someone else for the position. Overall my experience was good but then the fact that they promised to call me and just sent an email was very low.
