I put in the application at the beginning of December and did not hear anything for weeks and thought that they were not interested. At the end of the month, I got a call for a phone interview which was easy and short. Then I went in to HR at their headquarters for a much longer process. You have to have an interview with HR, which was pretty standard, but then you also had to RETAKE the math/reading assessment that you do when you put in your application. So MAKE SURE you do not cheat on the first one because I am assuming that is what they are looking for. After that I had to have an interview with the managers at the location I was interviewing for. This was more tedious because they had a packet of questions and they just kept firing them off at me. They weren't unreasonable, but they were thought provoking.
