Are you open to working odd hours to accommodate the managers in China?
Interview process dragged on for more than 4 months, interviewed with more than 9 employees in both China and the US. Neither group could agree on role details or reporting structure. Very disorganized and difficult process. I gave up waiting for a role I really wanted due to extended, dragged out process.
