I applied online. I interviewed at WuXi Biologics (Cranbury, NJ)
Interview
Positive first interview with HR, they were excited and thought I would be a great fit. Swiftly scheduled and met with 2 of the senior managers overseas. Waited for feedback. Followed up multiple times. Never ever heard back. Ever.
The process is quick, people are friendly. They are hiring a lot of people these days but they seem efficient. Hiring managers come across as caring, considerate, rather than robotic.
