Interview
Their interview process was really professional and well managed!
One of the Hr reached out to me on LinkedIn and I was definitely interested. They explained me the different steps and interview process. The Hr and all the interviewers were super nice. I really clicked with the hiring manager and went till the final loop round.
The interesting part was that they asked me to do a presentation about myself, which could be tedious for people, but personally I loved it. It made me feel that they care about the kind of people they're bring on board.
The other rounds were - one with Hiring Manager, one with the dev, and one loop round with 5 back to back interviews with senior and junior devs in the team and one with designer.
I felt everyone was very welcoming, but I think hey were looking for someone senior and I did not have a lot of experience.
