The interview process at Xcel is all behavioral-based. So you'll be asked a series of questions that want you to discuss a specific situation, what you did, and what the results were. It's a little intense, but helps weed out people who say they have experiences that they actually don't.

I don't remember any of the questions being more difficult than any of the others.
