Interview
There will be at least two interviewers and they will take turns asking pre-determined interview questions. The interviewer will be taking notes while you are answering and when completed ask the next question. I find Xcel interviews are generally non conversational.

Usually 5 to 7 questions and the interviewers take turns asking the questions and will be busy writing down notes as you answer. It' was very formal.
