I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Xello (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2018
Interview
Was set up as a panel interview, which initially had me freaking out. However, it was surprisingly chill once we started talking. My recruiter had sent them a bad copy of my resume (it had some "lorem ipsum" placeholder text on it) which I didn't know till they brought it up, but didn't seem to mind and we laughed it off. That caught me off guard because I was seriously thinking the interview was over when he mentioned it! Ended up being hired, so you're definitely being hired based on your interview over your resume!
