Interview
I applied at Xello on 11/18/24 I was quickly contacted for a one-way interview. I completed one-way interview and was moved on to a phone interview with a member of HR. Unfortunately this is where my time ended with the interview process. I was contacted a week later that I wouldn't be moving on due to the competitive candidate pool. I was offered a time for feedback on my interview which I appreciated. The process was quick and Xello clearly know what they are looking for in candidates so at least appreciate not being ghosted.
