Xerox Senior Systems Engineer interview questions

Moved from a contracting position so there was no technical interview done, but HR did conduct its own interview and then I had to negotiate my salary.

The interviewing process was conducted exclusively via phone conversations. The initial phone interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and primarily consisted of answering technical questions and the discussing the roles and responsibilities of the position. The main topic of the second phone interview was the work environment at Xerox and high level details of the benefits. The mood of all the interviews was friendly and professional.
