I applied through Linkedin, they contacted me shortly after that via email asking for my resume and a few questions (% of my english, how many years as a L2 suppor engeneer i had).
The next day I've got a call from the HR women and we had an interview through the phone (the quality of the soun was awfull, i didn't heard half of what she was saying).
