After submitting my resume online, a recruiter reached out via email to discuss my availability, salary expectations, The first interview was a video call with the team leaders, where they asked behavioral questions such as "Tell me about yourself," "Why do you want to work here?" and "Describe a time you had to manage multiple chats at once."

Before the interview process, I completed an assessment and responded to questions sent via email. During the interview, I spoke with two interviewers who inquired about the relevance of my skills to the role, my motivation, and other standard interview topics. They were attentive, listened carefully, and structured their questions based on my responses. Overall, it was a highly positive and engaging experience.

Took me almost 3 months to get to the interview stage. I need to check on them once in a while just to not get hired. Wasting both of our times and totally unprofessional.
