I applied to this restaurant wanting to work as a seasonal employee while in college. It was clear on my application that I have not worked as a server before, but I still got an interview. At the first interview they told me it was a three stage interview process. I could tell the restaurant was very unorganized during this process because I had to wait 30 minutes after each scheduled interview time. Again, I made it clear I had no experience but was willing to work hard to get where I needed to be and both managers said it was completely fine and were overall impressed with my interviews. After waiting a week and memorizing the menu to get a headstart, the third interview lasted 30 seconds and the head manager said very rudely after looking at my application that they don't hire workers with no experience. Overall, total waste of time and very disappointed that they strung me along for 3.5 weeks when I could have been making money. Just after the experience I never want to go to this restaurant again. Their service is also not great as is.
